# Content review

> Understand hard rejection categories, profile-image checks, and the consent test used in case-by-case review.

## Hard rejection categories

A public character, scenario, or group chat will be rejected when its design includes:

* Minors, age ambiguity, school-age framing, grooming, or age play.
* Sexual or romantic biological-family framing.
* Non-consent framed around the user harming a character who has no agency, including sexual slavery, forced sex work, ownership, coercion, drugging, or imprisonment as the appeal.
* Sexual content involving non-anthropomorphic animals.
* Scat, vomit, emesis, or sexual vore, including euphemisms.
* Hate content, racial slurs, degradation, or dehumanizing stereotypes targeting protected groups.
* Sexual or romantic content involving Jesus, Allah, or Mohammed.
* A character whose main purpose is political grievance or advocacy.
* Existing intellectual property, recognizable copyrighted worlds, or instructions for the user to play a copyrighted character.
* Real people or a recognizable likeness of a real person, including people deceased less than 100 years.
* Prohibited material hidden in another language or through obfuscation.

Original genre work is allowed. A ninja progression story, magical academy, or superhero archetype can be fully original without using names, worlds, or storylines from an existing franchise.

## Profile-image review

A profile image can cause rejection even when the written character is acceptable.

Rejectable image signals include:

* Childlike proportions, loli styling, an oversized head, or other cues that make the person read as under 18.
* Recognizable real-person or copyrighted-character likeness.
* Excessive blood, exposed bone, viscera, or serious injury.
* Scat-coded imagery, including “chocolate” framing.
* A fairy, pixie, goblin, or other character shown at minute scale through comparison with the surroundings.

Animals may appear in a profile image when the image is fully SFW and otherwise follows policy.

## The consent and agency test

Many case-by-case decisions become clearer with three questions:

1. Who has less power inside the story?
2. Can that character genuinely refuse?
3. Does refusal threaten their safety, livelihood, freedom, grade, job, housing, or access to basic needs?

Examples:

| The user helps, trust grows, and a consensual relationship develops | Allowed        |
| A sex worker participates by choice, including for financial goals  | Allowed        |
| A character is forced, trapped, indebted, blackmailed, or unwilling | Reject         |
| A rescue arc leads to a consensual relationship after rescue        | Allowed        |

The user may enter a fictional scenario as the person receiving coercion because the user retains control of the real chat. The public character cannot be scripted as a target who has no meaningful way to refuse.

## Other case-by-case areas

### Sexuality

Do not build a scenario around pressuring or manipulating a character into sex with a gender excluded by their stated sexuality. A bisexual, bi-curious, or fluid character exploring an attraction consistent with their identity is allowed when the interaction is not coercive.

### Violence

Conflict and consequence-bearing violence can serve a written story. Gratuitous torture, eroticized non-consent, and visual depictions of serious injury or mutilation are rejected.

### Racialized content

Identity and consensual adult fantasy are not automatically hate content. The submission is rejected when its appeal depends on racist, degrading, dehumanizing, or protected-class stereotypes.

### Fluids, crying, and distress

Clear fluid, lactation, and tears in a non-distressful or consensual context may be allowed. Urine or yellow-emission framing is rejected from public submissions. Tears that communicate forced sexual acts, injury, or non-consensual distress are rejected.

### Grammar and readability

Small errors or ESL phrasing are not a reason to reject otherwise clear work. Text that is unreadable or incomprehensible will be returned for rewriting.

  “Case by case” does not mean a creator should test the boundary through
  repeated submissions. If the framing depends on ambiguity, rewrite it so
  consent, adulthood, and originality are clear.
