The most reliable troubleshooting rule is simple: remove optional prompts or instructions, then add them back one at a time.
If you change several inputs before generating or chatting again, you cannot tell which change fixed or caused the problem.
Images contain multiple characters
Common causes:
- A subject is named more than once, such as adding “Latina girl” when the selected character already supplies the subject.
- The same body part is described in separate competing phrases.
- Hair components are split into several tags that the model interprets as different people.
- A scene prompt implies another person.
Combine related traits and remove duplicate subject language. If needed, add a single-subject cue such as:
or the equivalent for the character.
An unwanted object or trait keeps appearing
Image models follow associations. “Plate armor” may emphasize plate; “barbell piercing” may produce gym equipment; an occupation may introduce a uniform or workplace.
Check:
- Custom Physical Details and Custom Face Details.
- Occupation, hobby, personality, and fetish fields.
- Outfit, pose, and background presets.
- Custom and negative prompts.
Anything permanent can affect every image. Move temporary clothing, props, and scenes to the Generate page.
The character’s images are inconsistent
Some variation is expected. Reduce high prompt weights, remove competing synonyms, and tune from a clean baseline.
For stable faces, markings, outfits, or backgrounds, use a neutral base image and follow Create more consistent images.
The character rushes sexual content
Lower Lust Level, start the scene in a non-sexual context, and add more non-sexual goals, routines, conflict, relationships, and places to the scenario.
Review the personality and Extra Details. If a large share of the source material describes sexual behavior, the model will draw from it frequently. Remove unnecessary repetition and state the pacing rule clearly.
The chat repeats or stalls
- Regenerate the last reply.
- Switch to Lively or Lively Genius.
- Use
/direct to introduce the next event.
- Remove a completed phase or outdated event from Pinned Memories.
- Check Custom Instructions for mutually exclusive rules.
- Lower Response Length if each reply advances too much at once.
The memory is wrong
Do not copy the Auto Memory Log into Pinned Memories.
Correct the fact in the conversation, update the stable version in Pinned Memories, and force-regenerate Auto Memory. Shorten large pinned sections and remove completed plans that now conflict with the current story.
A response is cut off
Lower Response Length or ask the character to continue from the last complete sentence. Very long replies can hit output limits even when the requested length is high.
You lost an image prompt
Open Remix or More → Details on the image to see the generation details. Save successful source images and prompts together before editing them further.
A public submission was rejected
Read Approval, rejection, and resubmission. Address the stated cause before resubmitting. If the policy appears to have been applied incorrectly, use the appeal process.
Still stuck?
Use the in-product support flow, email support@ourdream.ai, or ask in the ourdream Discord. Include a share link, the model or feature used, and the smallest prompt that still reproduces the problem. Last modified on July 27, 2026
